Training
 

Training is an important activity from the first day you bring home your new family member.  Every interaction you have with your dog is a training opportunity, and if you aren't training the dog, the dog is training you!

Training is your tool to establish the bond between you and your dog, while at the same time setting rules that will be in place for the duration of your dog's life.

We are involved in all aspects of training dogs, and we are available to assist you with your training needs.

Retriever Hunting Training

If you are interested in a well-trained hunting companion or hunt test dog, we can take your dog on a monthly basis and build foundation and skills.  Email to inquire about your specific needs.

Household Behaviors/Obedience

We offer classes through Training Place in Westland.  All class levels - puppy training through advanced, competitive obedience are offered, including Rally.  Click here to see the current class schedule and find out when the next session of classes will start.

We also offer the option for you to send your dog to us for training on a monthly basis.  This training is designed to meet your needs with your dog.  Email for information specific to your situation.

Agility

Conformation

We offer drop-in conformation classes through Training Place in Westland.  Classes are on Thursdays evenings.
